The Naval Sea Systems Command hereby requests proposals from eligible businesses under the United States Air Force DoD-wide “LevelUP” Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for DevSecOps Services. In accordance with FAR 19.502-2, the Government utilizes a small business set aside for this procurement. The contemplated contract is for IT Operations and Cybersecurity in support of the U.S. Navy’s Integrated Combat System Program and its Forge software factory located at 5801 University Research Court, Suite 150 College Park, MD 20737. Proposals from eligible businesses shall be submitted via the Solicitation module in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). Offerors interested in submitting proposals must register at https://piee.eb.mil and ensure they have the Proposal Manager role assigned in order to submit a proposal in the system.
