Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) (A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Naval Sea Systems Command Surface Warfare Center Carderock (NSSCSWCC) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for Fire Testing Services to Southwest Research Institute, 6220 Culebra Road, San Antonio, Texas 78238. A sole source justification has been reviewed and approved by the Small Business Professional; however the justification is not required to be posted. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
