Description

Warfighter Health, Performance and Evacuation Project Management Office (WHPE PMO) of the US Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA) has a requirement to purchase a CNC Knee Milling Machine and additional services as described below:



Task 1: Contractor will provide a CNC Knee Milling Machine that meets the minimum essential characteristics listed below:

  • System will consist of a Bridgeport Series 1 Knee Mill with a 3 Axis CNC Upgrade Kit and Controller installed.

  • Documentation/Manuals That Cover: Programming, Operating, Maintenance, Parts, Electrical Schematics



Task 2: Contractor will setup / install machine at Fort Detrick.



Task 3: Contractor will complete diagnostic and performance verification that the equipment is in proper working order during setup.



Task 4: Contractor will demonstrate basic use of machining center to operator on-site at Fort Detrick, MD.
