This notice is being published in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 5.101. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract using procedures outlined under FAR 13.501(a).





The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to contract with Empower RF Systems, Inc based at 316 W Florence Ave, Inglewood, California 90301, United States on a sole source basis for the RF Field Radio Amplifier Kit. Empower RF Systems, Inc is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as well as the sole authorized retailer of the RF Field Radio Amplifier Kit. Empower RF Systems, Inc owns the propriety hardware, software and material designs that are used in these products and support the services and devices currently in use, specifically required for this acquisition.
