Purpose: The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG), B Co. 2nd Batt. 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne) requires contract for lodging for 60 Soldiers (30 double rooms) on the dates listed below to support training sessions in the vicinity of 10901 Notchcliff Road, Glen Arm, MD 21057.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912K6-24-Q-0006 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). The results of this requirement will be a Firm-Fixed priced (FFP) contract(s) issued in accordance with FAR 13.5 procedures. The RFQ is being conducted as a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 721110 Hotels (Except Casinos) with a small business size standard of $35,000,000.00. This requirement is a Total Set Aside for small business. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 published 05OCT2023 This requirement will be awarded on a commercial item Firm-Fixed Price contract under procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13. All invoices are to contain the Contractor’s Name, Contract Number, Employer Identification Number, Invoice Number, and indicate the CLIN’s that are applicable to that invoice. Invoices should state whether partial or final. Invoices are to be entered into the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system with a copy furnished to the Contracting Point of Contact of this contract.
