316 CONS is conducting Market Research and is looking for potential vendors that can provide Dispatch Call-Taking Software for the Joint Base Andrews Fire Department's Emergency Communications Center (ECC). This software is required for ECC operators to provide over-the-phone pre-arrival care instructions for 9-1-1 callers. This is not a request for quote or a solicitation, this is a request for information (to include potential pricing) to determine if this work can be provided by any other vendor besides Priority Dispatch Corp. The 316 CES/CEF has performed their own market research and determined that the only provider capable of providing this dispatch system is Priority Dispatch Corp. (please see the attached Sole Source Letter provided by Priority Dispatch Corp. 316 CONS is seeking to validate this research.

The Dispatch Call-Taking Software shall provide the following:

-24/7 technical support

-Full integration with the JBA Fire Department's current Motorola Flex Computer Aided Dispatch

-Annual Maintenance of the system for potentially a base, plus four option years
