Background

The ARS Environmental Microbial and Food Safety Laboratory (EMFSL) in Beltsville, Maryland recently purchased a new high-performance computer server, which needs 18 kW power supply. We require an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and a battery module to provide backup power for this server. The power of the UPS should be at least 20kW to support the server and other components in the server system.

Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible.
