Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This brand name contracting action is in accordance with Federal Aquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(2)(b) and 6.303-2 modified to reflect procedures in 13.5 (a)(ii).



Award will be determined by using the Lowest Price Technically Accepatable (LPTA) Estimated shipping dates will be taken into consideration as well.



Award will be a Firm Fixed price purchase order.
