The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) intends to sole source the requirement for a Pegasus Calibration System to Keysight Technologies, Inc. Keysight Technologies, Inc. is the original and only known equipment manufacturer of this Pegasus Calibration System that meets form, fit, and function for this application. This notice is intended to fulfill the requirements of DFARS PGI 206.302-1. Notwithstanding, Corona Division is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have the interest and capability to build and provide the required Pegasus Calibration System in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW).

It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information:

(1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number.

(2) Business size for NAICS Code 334515.

(3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes.

(4) Industry commentary on the current version of the PD.

The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socioeconomic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice.
