The National Institutes of Health intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to Avitecture, Inc. 1 Export

Drive, Sterling, VA 20164.

In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, the Contractor is the only known responsible source who can provide the

specific facilities support services identified to provide the requirement listed below.

The National Institutes of Health, National Eye Institute has a requirement for support for a recently completed

audiovisual renovation project. The audiovisual system hardware software upgrades, room control programming

and system inspections must be maintained to ensure all rooms and offices are always available for the support of

NEI meetings. The support contract will also provide office audiovisual equipment checkups to confirm the rooms

readiness, along with providing prompt support, if there is a reported failure. Avitecture, Inc. currently provides the audiovisual support on the existing service contract, recently completed the audiovisual renovation project

upgrades to NEI conference rooms, and implemented, programmed, and tested the system to ensure all the

audiovisual equipment met the NEI requirements.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Companies may submit a written capability statement that

demonstrates their ability to satisfy the requirement. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed

award based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

It is anticipated that an award will be issued approximately five (5) days after the date of this notice unless the

Government determines that another organization has the capability to meet this requirement.
