Description

In accordance with FAR 5.203(a) Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD), intends to award a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to John Hopkins University (JHU) Applied Physics Laboratory (APL).



The OUSD requires support to provide analysis, research and development, systems engineering support, test and evaluation and other capabilities using operational knowledge of the national defense, intelligence, and security environments. All these capabilities are determined to be essential to support a variety of programs that are managed by various components/offices external and internal within OUSD.



This is a notification of the government's intent to sole source this requirement. This is NOT a request for proposals and requests for copies of a solicitation document in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
