This Sources Sought is for eighteen (18) brand name or equal to MA-SLAFCFTX Sealy Posturepedic Plus Spring Anfield

Cushion Firm PT Twin XL Mattress and delivery to Andrews AFB, MD.



Salient/Product Characteristics:



The 1HS is seeking the following characteristics in a mattress improvement for its Squadron Alert Facility.




  1. 18x Twin XL (38” W x 80” L) mattresses available quantity.

  2. The mattress must be a firm mattress with a pillow-top incorporated into the construction.

  3. The mattress must be of hybrid construction, incorporating spring coil count of not less than 1072 encased coils with an edge coil support system. Additionally, the mattress must incorporate use of multiple layers of support foam and gel to promote cool sleep, body stability, and body contouring which lends to healthy sleep and spinal alignment.

  4. The mattress must be covered in a cooling fabric with allergen protection.

  5. The mattress must be of high durability construction and offer a 10 year warranty.

  6. The mattress must be designed and built in the United States of America.
