Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District requires software installation. Solicitation No. W912DR-23-Q-0002 is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, with NAICS code 541519 and size standard of $30 Million. This project has an anticipated performance period of one (1) base year with an additional four (4) option years.





This solicitation is SOLE SOURCE ONLY to RS Means Company LLC. RS Means Company LLC must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. Instructions for registering are on the SAMs website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.





The Contractor is instructed to read Section L: Instruction to Offeror, Conditions and Notice to Bidders, to ensure proper submittal of quotes and other required documents needed to be technically acceptable. The contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the Performance Work Statement (or Scope of Work) under Section C: Descriptions and Specification and shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the project.







All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to neil.o.gonzalez@usace.army.mil no later than Tuesday, 15 November 2022 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.







The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Monday, 09 November 2022 to all authenticated account holders at SAMs.gov. Please note that all U.S Army Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered sensitive but unclassified documents and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the SAMs system to access package.
