Description
The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to procure support from Aramark Sports and Entertainment Group for the Advanced Flag and Senior Executive course (AFLEX) and Intermediate Flag and Senior Executive course (IFLEX) which are a 5-day intensive residential learning experience that is designed to ensure the successful transformation of Flag/General officers and Senior Executive Service SES O8 and O9 or service equivalent) into new roles as members of the Department of the Navy’s DoN 2 and 3 -star and senior leadership team. These courses will start on 29 October 2023 through 3 November 2023 for IFLEX and 21 January 2024 through 26 January 2024 for AFLEX. The place of performance is Bolger Center in Potomac, MD.
The Bolger Center was the only event space that was identified that would sufficiently be able to meet the Navy’s requirements for this 5-day course.

The FY24 AFLEX training begins on Sunday, 21 January 2024 and will end on Friday, 26 January 2024.

The FY24 IFLEX training begins on Sunday, 29 October 2023 and will end on Friday, 3 November 2023.
