Description



This is a Small Business Set Aside Request for Quotation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services intends to award, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (Dollar Threshold for Simplified Acquisitions $250,000.00) a firm fixed price purchase order to procure Dry Erase Boards (Qty 1,700) each. This requirement is being set aside for small disadvantage businesses only. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 339940. Detail information has been provided in the attached Statement of Work. Please provide a price quote. *The product must be made in the USA. *





A purchase order award will be made to the contractor that can provide the lowest price that is technically acceptable.
