Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is SV0142-24 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06. The North American Industry Classification System code is 326130, laminated plastic plate, sheet (except packaging), and shape manufacturing. This requirement is not a set aside for a small business. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price, two year contract.
