The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has an ongoing requirement to provide “Ready for Issue” stock parts and equipment to field units in support of U.S. Coast Guard missions. The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for thirty (30) each electron tubes to fill the current depleted supply system. These electron tubes are used with the discontinued Furuno FR-2120 radar to support the Ports and Waterways Safety System (PAWSS) for Vessel Traffic Service (VTS). These Furuno Radar units are still in use and located at C5ISC on Base Portsmouth, New York, San Francisco, and Seattle. The electron tubes are used as a signal source to feed the power stage of the radar transmitter. This project provides for the purchase of listed electronic components to maintain the Wholesale Inventory pipeline.

This is a BRAND NAME or EQUAL requirement with a Required Delivery Date of 15 NOVEMBER 2023. Early and partial deliveries are acceptable.

The anticipated award date will be on or about 1 SEPTEMBER 2023. The purchase order resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a FIRM-FIXED PRICE purchase order on the basis of lowest price, technically acceptable. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government.

UNIQUE ENTITY IDENTIFIER (UEI) NUMBER, FEDERAL TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, AND CAGE CODE MUST BE INCLUDED.
