This is an electronic informal bid seeking vendor to provide goods and/or services as described herein. Bidders are to download specifications by clicking on the attachments tab. Prospective bidders having questions regarding this bid are to submit them to Michelle.King@Baltimorecity.gov. This will be a one-time procurement. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on specifications, Total Bid Price and acceptance of terms and conditions. Upon request, bidders are to provide samples, at their sole expense. Bidders to download specifications and terms and conditions by clicking on the attachment tab. Bidders must be registered in Workday to view bid and download documents.
