Question	Please confirm this RFP is not part of the Small Business Reserve Program. If it is not, are we required to fill out the SBR and MWBE Participation Form? Thank you!
Answer	As per section 1.13 Small Business Reserve Program in the RFP 24-P Traffic Calming solicitation document, this procurement is considered part of the Small Business Reserve Program. The City of Frederick accepts proposals from all companies, not exclusive to just small business enterprises. You are required to fill out the SBR and MWBE Participation Form and upload it under the "Response Attachments" section of Ionwave in your submission.
