Question
I have looked through all of the plans and drawings and am able to find the types of flooring and base that go in each room, but am unable to find the color, size, manufacturer, etc. for each product. Where would I be able to find this information?
Answer

Please provide a generic price for the flooring. Since this is a design/build contract, the architect on the team will be specifying the type, manufacturer, and color once in the design phase.

The RFP states that the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory. Is this mandatory for all representative firms of the design-build team, or is it only mandatory for the contractor?
