The intent of this Request for Proposal is to select a qualified Architectural and Engineering team with specific experience in the design and construction administration of public parks to design a new park for the City that incorporates open space for recreation and small community gatherings, and maximize the usable space using careful thought and balance while incorporating community input received from June 2021 survey in the park design. The 2.99-acre Crown Farm Park site is located at 415 Decoverly Drive, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878 in the Crown Farm neighborhood.
