This is a request for proposals for a qualified organization to implement the City of Gaithersburg’s “Home Owner Repair Program,” where the chosen organization will coordinate the rehabilitation and repair of homes owned by our low-income residents. The Program’s focus is for needed repairs to improve the household’s health and safety, as well as address energy conservation upgrades.
