The City is seeking sealed Proposals from qualified contractors to provide maintenance, repair & installation services for plumbing equipment at various City-owned or leased facilities & parks on an “as needed” basis, through the issuance of Executed Task Orders. The City wishes to award individual time-and-material contracts to up to two successful Offerors for durations up to five years.
