Qualifications:

At a minimum, Bidders must provide written evidence (through references) of three (3) years prior experience with the scope of work as detailed in the specifications. Please see the IFB for more details.

Special Requirements:

Bidder shall submit with the bid one 1-gallon resealable sample bag of the engineered wood fiber (EWF) offered. The sample submitted must be the exact product that will be provided if awarded. Please see the IFB for more details.

In accordance with City of Rockville ordinance no. 06-20, all responses to Request for Quotes (RFQ), Invitation for Bids (IFB) and Request for Proposals (RFP) shall be submitted electronically within the City’s Collaboration Portal.
