The City of Rockville Human Services Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis will include an assessment of existing human services, programs and facilities, assessment of Rockville residents’ human service needs, identification of gaps and overlaps in services, and an analysis of significant findings. The deliverables will be used to assist the City Mayor and Council and staff to allocate resources in order to provide for the current and anticipated human service needs of Rockville residents.
