The contractor shall provide Agri-based, environmentally friendly, non-caustic, de-icing product, Fusion 55 by Ossian, Inc. or Ice Bite by Road Solutions, Inc., or Geomelt by K-Tech, Brand Name or Equal. Contractor is responsible for offloading the product into the city’s storage tank. The tank is located at 14625 Rothgeb Drive, Rockville, MD 20850
