Carroll County Government is seeking qualified and experienced firms who can provide non-medical homecare services which may include personal hygiene and grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry and transportation. The Carroll County Bureau of Aging & Disabilities wishes to contract with one or more firms who offer the range of services for qualifying seniors. The firms shall have extensive and varied experience. Services shall be of the highest quality at a reasonable rate.
