The intent of this Request for Proposal and resulting contracts is to contract with firms to provide a variety of marketing, public relations, strategic communications, and graphic design services in support of the Carroll County Government's various marketing initiatives. The County is looking for firms with capabilities to provide marketing consultation, graphic design (print and electronic), electronic media design (internet), videography, exhibit design, display fabrication, and digital photography. The graphic design work and services may include advertising development, report design, newsletter design (electronic), advertorial design, design of a direct mail piece, folder design, brochure design, website content design, banner design and design of a tabletop display.
