RFP ERO DO #15-F-2-22/23 - Actuarial Services
The County intends to acquire by competitive sealed proposals, actuarial services for the time period beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2028 for the following: •Carroll County Pension Plan and the Carroll County Public Safety Pension Plan (“the DB Plans”) •Carroll County Length of Service Award Program (“the LOSAP”) •Carroll County Retiree Benefit Trust (the “Retiree Trust”), The DB Plans, the LOSAP, and the Retiree Trust will be referred to as the “Plans.” The County is seeking a qualified individual or firm of demonstrated professional competence and experience to provide actuarial services for the Plans. Only one firm will be selected for all four (4) bodies of work.
