The Carroll County Bureau of Building Construction is inviting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from contractors and subcontractor companies to provide services under a requirement contract basis. The County’s requirement contract allows for services on an as-needed basis. The county will contract with contractor and/or subcontractor companies for a one year period with the possibility of four (4) one year options available based on fiscal availability and good performance.
