The Carroll County Office of Procurement is requesting your written quotations on the various blacktop and/or stone materials you have available to sell on as-needed basis to the Carroll County Bureau of Roads Operations. Prices are to be quoted on a per ton basis where applicable and will be picked up by the Bureau of Roads Operations. Quantities are not guaranteed. Multiple vendors maybe selected based on pricing and availability of materials for blacktop and stone separately.
