Sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) for Cecil County, Maryland for RFP-24-007 Laboratory Monitoring Services as described in the proposal package, will be received from qualified vendors at any time and up to 1:30 p.m. on July 11, 2023.
Cecil County has a requirement for a firm (or contract laboratory); to provide laboratory analyses of wastewater and sludge samples at various locations in the County. All methods of analysis performed under this bid must be approved by United States EPA and/or required by Maryland Department of the Environment for the matrix of samples to be analyzed.
Cecil County, Maryland reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. All proposals are based upon budgetary constraints.
