The Work consists of the design and installation of a metal-over-metal retrofit roof system and

appurtenant components including, but not limited to, fiberglass insulation, finish roof panels, flashing

and trim, upon an existing approximately 80 ft. x 100 ft. metal hangar facility and appurtenant 20 ft. x 40

ft. office addition located off Maryland Route 8 on the Bay Bridge Airport property. Design shall include

all site investigation and engineering necessary to determine existing conditions & constraints, calculate

and certify code requirements including, but not limited to, wind & snow loads, and necessary final

product specifications in accordance with manufacturer requirements. New roof panel materials and

dimensions shall meet or exceed the original specification of the existing product. Existing Airport

beacon shall be removed and replaced with new, owner-provided, beacon. The Work is fully described
