Queen Anne’s County (“County”) is examining the demand, potential location(s) and design alternatives for the County’s first indoor community recreation center (“Center”). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to obtain proposals from qualified firms to prepare a feasibility study so that the County can determine whether and how to proceed with development of a Center.

The ultimate objective of the feasibility study process is a final report with recommendations as to optimal location(s), conceptual design, features, programs and financial models.
