DESCRIPTION: It is the intent of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (Commission) to establish a contract for the following: To achieve strategic priorities, provide world-class service, and standardize on enterprise solutions, WSSC has leveraged technology investments in Oracle products to perform account and billing services and prepare for future strategic initiatives. WSSC uses an Oracle suite known in WSSC Water as Cornerstone R1 Systems. Cornerstone R1 Systems (Cornerstone) is a collection of systems that comprise the Customer Information and Billing system for Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC). It consists of the following sub-systems or applications: • C2M – Customer to Meter, the customer account management and billing system. • ODM – Operational Device Management, which is used to maintain information about assets. • MWM – Mobile Workforce Management system is the mobile component used by field staff to collect meter reads from residential and commercial customers. • SOA – Service Oriented Architecture, that allows services to communicate across the different systems. • UC4 – a system that can be configured to automate business processes across all systems. UC4 is listed for reference and not within scope of this scope of work. • Other sub-systems include financial and banking systems, web services, and dashboards that also interact with Cornerstone. These other systems are listed as reference and not within scope or this scope of work. WSSC is seeking support for this system, to integrate operations within the IT department, support business users, and ensure continued operations and maintenance on the system while optimized for cost.
