WSSC is seeking to partner with local community-based or registered 501(c)(3) organizations to serve as the plumbing assistance program administrator. The Third-Party Administrator shall have the staff and organizational capacity to manage all aspects of this customer assistance program, including communicating the benefits and requirements of this program to customers and other stakeholders. Bids Submission must be submitted on the supplier portal in the Online Discussion. Alternative Submissions will not be accepted. Oral and telegraphic proposals, including e-mail submissions, are considered invalid and will not be accepted or considered for award. Late Proposal Submissions will not be accepted or considered for award.
