It is intent of the Commission is to retain a contractor(s) to replace various types (Compound, Factory Mutual (FM), Turbine) existing inside and outside 3” and larger water meters with Ultrasonic Meters, which shall include, but not be limited to, site-survey, testing, and data submission throughout Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, Maryland. The bid submission must be submitted to the supplier portal in the Online Discussion. Alternative Submissions will not be accepted. Oral and telegraphic proposals, including e-mail submissions, are considered invalid and will not be accepted or considered for award. Late Proposal Submissions will not be accepted or considered for award. The due date for the questions is Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 12pm.
