47503: Tires, Tubes, and Services It is the intent of WSSC to retain a Contractor to provide Tires, Tubes, and Services on an as needed basis for assets throughout Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, Maryland. The Contractor is required to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, power, tools, maintenance, etc. to implement a temporary by-pass pumping system for the purpose of diverting or dewatering the existing flow around the work area as requested.
