Description		The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance for the RGH and the Consolidated Lab facilities, as defined. The Contractor shall provide all the management, supervision, personnel, materials, repair parts, tools, transportation, engineering support, and equipment necessary for the effective and timely accomplishment of the required services. There may be times when services are requested at facilities outside of these two facilities. All requests for services at other facilities would be handled as T&M requests.
