Description		It is the intent of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (Commission) to establish a contract to obtain Hydro/Vacuum Excavation Services on an as-needed-basis to remove semi-liquid and dry sludge, grit, rags, and other debris at various Commission Wastewater Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations located in Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties (Onsite locations). Vacuum excavation services are also required for water and sewer pipeline maintenance, test pits, vault cleaning, rehabilitations, and repairs at various locations within the Commission’s Sanitary District (Offsite Locations).
