Description		WSSC Water intends to enter a contract with a Contractor to provide Actuarial Reports. The Scope of Service involves the Actuarial Reports, Loss Estimates, and Liabilities for Commercial General Liability (CGL), Automobile (AL), and Employment Practices Liability (EPL). The Contractor shall prepare an actuarial report, including an actuarial valuation of accrued liabilities. The report will describe the reasons for recommending changes in the contribution rates from year to year based on a comparison of actual changes in liabilities with expected changes per each of the various actuarial assumptions.
