The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) Procurement Office issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a Contract for technology assessment and consulting services to identify new, innovative, and emerging water and wastewater utility technologies to support operational improvements. Bid Submission must be submitted on the supplier portal in the Online Discussion. Alternative Submissions will not be accepted. Oral and telegraphic proposals, including e-mail submissions, are considered invalid and will not be accepted or considered for award.
