The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) Procurement Office issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of the Finance Division to acquire Electronic Invoicing Automation Software. The Contractor shall provide a solution that should leverage modern technologies and Accounts Payable industry best practices to ensure timely and accurate invoice capture, configurable approval workflows, and seamless integration with the WSSC’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (Oracle EBS Procure-to-Pay) for payment processing. The proposed solution should populate real-time information and be highly configurable, scalable, and easy to use while also providing high data security and compliance. The system should be built in accordance with the comprehensive technical requirements document. The pre-proposal meeting is Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 10 am. The question deadline is Friday, April 5, 2024, at 12 pm.
