The Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified, vendors, for a Classification Study for the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) that will review all the school systems clerical, administrative and technical assistant positions and make recommendations on classification categories, titles, and grades consultation with the Office of Human Resources and our collective bargaining agreements as described herein.
