REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - RFP 23-14
MICROTRANSIT/ON-DEMANDSERVICEPLANNINGANDSOFTWARE
The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting proposals for
Microtransit/On-Demand Service Planning and Software until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday,
May 18, 2023. Proposals must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of
Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late proposals will not be accepted
under any circumstances.
This scope of this project includes but is not limited to, the configuration and implementation of
on-demand transit software as a service (SAAS) for a demand-response microtransit pilot
project.
Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April
25, 2023, at ADOT Offices, 308 Chinquapin Round Road, Annapolis, MD 21401. There will be a
site visit after the pre-bid meeting.
