REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - R. F. P. 23-20

Eastport Choice Neighborhood Initiative Early Action Project

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for design and installation services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, July 26, 2023. Proposals shall be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to proposed improvements as a series of coordinated art interventions that will address multiple needs including the beautification of the public realm, expression of community pride, envisioning of a shared community identity, traffic safety, and a more comfortable streetscape environment particularly for pedestrians and transit riders by providing shared community amenities.

Interested parties must register to attend a virtual pre-proposal meeting on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 2 PM, local time, via Google Meets.
