WPFC, with funding from the Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services, has allocated funding for a Family Re-entry Program. The Family Re-entry program will provide peer support services along with care coordination and transportation. The program will aid with social services, such as applications for SNAP, Medicaid, MDRN provided assistance, disability, ID/birth certificates, housing, and employment, as well as connecting individuals with treatment services and health care. WCPC utilizes the Request for Proposal (RFP), a competitive bid process, to select services providers for the delivery of programs. The purpose of this RFP is to identify service providers for our Family Re-Entry Program. This RFP will provide guidance for the development and submission of proposals for these funds.
