Wicomico Partnership for Families and Children (WPFC), at the direction of the Wicomico Local Management Board (LMB), identifies priorities and targets resources for the local community. This solicitation seeks an organization or organizations, which provide programming that supports community members in accessing services and resources to meet housing needs. This RFP will provide guidance for the development and submission of proposals for these funds, in conformity with the requirements contained herein Proposal Documents.
