It is the intent of Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) to solicit sealed bid proposals from qualified dealership vendors to provide Maximum Cost Above (+) Dealer Invoice Cost or Minimum Cost below (-) Dealer Invoice Cost for new vehicles (cars, vans, sport utility vehicles, and trucks). This bid may be used on an asneeded basis by Washington County Public Schools, to purchase and/or order vehicles.
