It is the intent of Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms who specialize in providing an IT Service Management Platform, services and support. The objective of thisengagement is to implement a system-wide contract for an IT Service Management Platform including a software solution that includes at a minimum, Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
